Hello again JustKid,
I just noticed that you added to your post above since I responded to you. You added the story about the samaritan woman at the well with Jesus.
I have another question for you. Since Jesus forgave the samaritan woman, does that mean that He has to allow her to stay married to her husband? If she is married to a man that Jesus doesn't want her to be married to, is there something that would stop Jesus from telling her to divorce the man that she is married to and then tell her to go and sin no more?
Also, I appreciate you input about the subject of divorce, however, I noticed that you didn't really answer my question.
If a believing husband and a believing wife decide to get a divorce, when are they actually divorced? Is it when the law says they're divorced or is it when God says they're divorced?
If you don't want to answer it, that's ok. I'm not trying to make you. I understand that you may have simply been interjecting and not wanted to answer it, and that's ok. I just reinserted the same question here to see if you would like to address it. I'm not poking at you, I just thought I'd ask again to see if you would like to share your input.
love ya
