You're right. Many do stick their fingers in their ears saying, "la la la la" when their "prophet" misses the mark. But let us not for a moment forget that these may only be junior prophets! According to IHOP, people "grow in the prophetic" which would account for their prophecies never needing to be 100% correct.

I've had an IHOP person or two throw that in my face before about ..anyone who does not hate their mother or their father... to which I add blah, blah, blah. Because the way I've been dissed by my own flesh and blood does in NO way line up with the word of God.

Obviously you've never been to IHOP. Yep, I BET 24/7 prayer and worship is "of the devil" and "heresy."
