What is God's Will?

WE say we do things for God. Our callings are done to Do HIS Will, right?
Let me ask this then.

What is God's Ultimate Will concerning the things we do? (our callings)

Is it to cleanse the world of all the bad things so we can live in peace and safety?
Is He more interested in correcting a ministry?
Is He more interested having a relationship with HIS body?
