SInce I am working through the area of repentance I thought I might share some of my experiences. It may be all over the place so please bear with me.

Greetings

This is my 1st post on these forums.
My name is John, I'm 37 years old, and grew up in a baptist family.
My Christian experience goes back as far as I can remember.
I cant remember a time when I didn't consider myself a Christian.
In my younger years, I was made to go to church every week, I went to vacation Bible school, I was in the Awanas.
I remember as a small child praying the sinners prayer with Ms. Applebee when I was 7 or 8 years oldwww.gjcn.org/commentary/c....php?ID=26

Repent is likely the most misunderstood word in the Bible today. A misunderstanding of this word can and does change the true Gospel of Christ. It is used many times in the Bible and a misunderstanding of it will alter the meaning of any passage of scripture where it is used.

First of all lets understand what it does not...

My Dear Brothers and Sisters,

My husband and I plan to take communion tonight in honor and recognition of the Passover...that is the blood of lamb( who is Jesus the perfect sacrifice) who has saved us from sure spiritual death.
